TAC Services offers an Affiliate Structure designed to provide powerful tools and solutions for marketing, lead generation, and growth support to eligible insurance agents, advisors, agencies, IMOs, and FMOs
(subscription required), with a measurable impact on their overall business success.
Participation in the Affiliate Structure does not establish a contractual relationship, employment agreement, or direct affiliation with TAC Services as an insurance producer, nor does it imply that the agent, advisor, or agency is a licensed or contracted producer of TAC Services.
The Affiliate Structure is a key component of the Hybrid Agent Advisor Model (HAAM), enabling professionals to access a scalable ecosystem of marketing solutions, lead generation tools, and branding opportunities without the limitations of Captive or Independent Agent models. HAAM professionals leverage this structure to maximize their visibility, client acquisition, and business expansion while maintaining full control over their existing affiliations and contracts.
By subscribing and enrolling in the HAAM-integrated Affiliate Structure, participants gain access to marketing, media, and business development resources, but they remain responsible for their own licensing, regulatory compliance, client interactions, and business operations. TAC Services does not act as an insurer, agency, IMO, or FMO and does not assume liability for any participant’s independent business decisions or regulatory obligations.
No Compensation Guarantee: Participation in the Affiliate Structure does not guarantee commissions, bonuses, or compensation from TAC Services. Compensation opportunities, if applicable, may be defined under separate agreements with relevant entities and are not inherently included in the Affiliate Structure.
No Obligation to Contract: This structure is available to both Captive and Independent Agents and does not require a change in existing agency or carrier contracts. Participation is voluntary and provided as a service-based subscription, granting access to a suite of marketing and business expansion tools.
Modifications & Termination: TAC Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Structure program at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Participants are responsible for reviewing updates to these terms.
